I started taking Edge during an overseas trip to an extremely hot climate to ensure I wouldn’t get dehydrated, I immediately noticed my energy levels were higher on the days I was taking it. Since returning back to Australia I’ve made sure to keep my stash full and have 1 to 2 a day depending on how busy my day is, I’m a busy mother homeschooling my children and since having Edge daily I’ve actually stopped needing a few other supplements I was taking! I love the taste and it gives me a boost in energy helping me get through my days!

This is a fantastic product, great to add to a drink bottle. The flavour is good, and it's a bonus there's no artificial additives or fillers in any of the Edge products.
I personally think the Ocean Trace is just as good, but I'm not engaged in high energy sports or training.
