This is a fantastic product, great to add to a drink bottle. The flavour is good, and it's a bonus there's no artificial additives or fillers in any of the Edge products.
I personally think the Ocean Trace is just as good, but I'm not engaged in high energy sports or training.

I use it when running, riding and swimming I like the taste of it and mix it with 500ml of water. you can dilute more in 700ml but I like the taste and it goes down well in both 500ml and 700ml.
